Business Expansion Assistance

There is a wide range of programs available in the City of New London for business development.  The principal program we administer locally is our Revolving Loan Fund.  As businesses expand they qualify for reduced cost financing.  Each additional job created qualifies for up to a maximum of $20,000 of loan assistance.  We are also able to assist developing businesses navigate through the various resources available at the state and federal level.  With the help of our local Chamber of Commerce and the County Economic Development Corporation, we have the staff and expertise to help a prospective business establish themselves in our community as well as assist existing businesses expand here in New London.  From assistance with development of your business plan to help with construction financing, the City of New London stands ready to help you and your business succeed.
